Stay policies
Room rates include breakfast and taxes. Check-in is at 1 pm and check-out at 11 am.

Cancellation
How much we refund depends on how far ahead of your arrival date you cancel.

Refunds are made by cheque or bank transfer within 15 days of cancellation.

You can pay online through our secure payment page, run by the ResAvenue payment gateway.

Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of this website.
Changes to these terms
We may change or add to these terms for regulatory, legal, technical or other reasons. Any change applies from a future date only. Before it takes effect, we will post a notice on this website giving the date it starts and what it means for you. Registered users will also be told by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
If a provision is invalid
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to its original intent. The rest of the terms remain in full effect.
